These "Terms of Use" set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of www.Swimwear360.com (the "Web Site"). By using the Web Site (other than to read this page for the first time), you agree to comply with all of the Terms of Use set forth herein. The right to use the Web Site is personal to you and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

EXCHANGES

While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at Swimwear360.com you can exchange our merchandise for the same item in a different color or size free of additional shipping charges. If you decide to exchange the item, no additional or restocking fee charges will be applied. Exchanges qualify for full refund. Please send your return to the address below. Be sure to include this form with your name address and order number or customer number and indicating the items you are exchanging and any other pertinent information. Any reasons you may have for your exchange we really appreciate if you let us know. Any feedback will always help us improve.

RETURNS

We want you to love everything you buy from us. If you don't, if it ever falls one iota short of fabulous, you can return it within 15 Days after the order was shipped for a REFUND. Free shipping is offered to all of our customers in orders of $100 and up, but in the event of a return, regular shipping charges will be applied to the credit card used in the original purchase ($9.99). All refund requests will incur a ($5.00) fee per item, which takes into account the costs incurred from bank fees, handling and re-stocking the item. Postage and handling charges on the returned items will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. If case you, the customer decides to exchange or receive store credit instead of a refund when an item is return, all restocking fees and shipping charges will be waived.

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS

Clearance items on are non-refundable. Exchanges might be available for different sizes. Different styles on clearance items might be available or credit for a full-price item might be issued. If the sale or clearance item is marked as "Final Sale", no exchanges will be accepted and absolutely no refunds will be issue.

To exchange or return an item, please fill out the form below. The product must be in absolute perfect shape, completely unused, properly folded with the respective hangtags attached and hygienic protectors intact and in the original packaging. (No exceptions) Please also make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on the merchandise. The products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered in any way, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor, or are not returned with the instructions above will not be taken back (No exceptions will be made). In the case that we receive such items we will charge an additional 15% handling fee plus shipping charges and we will return the items to you at your expense and he or she will forfeit all claims. Please mark your label or box Exchange or Return.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. We suggest you track and insure your shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost items in the mail. We do not credit back shipping charges. We offer free USPS Priority on most orders over $100.00 in the United States only.

Free shipping is offered to you one time only. Exchanges may qualify for free shipping as well Normal shipping charges apply to all others and international orders.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES, REFUNDS AND CREDITS

If you place an order and you don’t see a charge on your credit card or it shows up pending, it could be that we will preauthorize the card at the moment you make the purchase. This puts the funds on hold while we ship out the merchandise. We will charge your credit card at the time we ship the order. We will only charge you for what we ship out, if for any reason we have to make partial shipments we will, and you will see separate charges on your card until we complete your order. You will never see any charges over the amount you authorize in your original purchase unless you make any changes to your order later. The customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges in these cases.

Money will be refunded via the same payment method used to process your original order. For example, if you paid by credit card we can only issue a refund to that same credit card. Credits will take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days from the day we receive the merchandise to show up on your credit card.

Even though we take all the required precautions possible to make sure your package arrives to you safely, we are not and cannot make ourselves responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged or missing from your location once it has been delivered and the delivery confirmation has been scanned by either USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.

Nowadays, bikinis come in all shapes, sizes, and forms. Different bikinis can include different tops. The triangle top consists of two triangles connected to stings that tie around the neck and the back.
