EXCHANGES & RETURNS
While we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase the first time, at Swimwear360.com you can exchange our merchandise for the same item in a different color or size free of additional shipping charges. If you decide to exchange the item, no additional or restocking fee charges will be applied. Please send your return to the address below. Be sure to include this form (No exchanges or returns on international orders except Canada) with your name address and order number or customer number and indicating the items you are exchanging and any other pertinent information. Any reasons you may have for your exchange we really appreciate if you let us know. Any feedback will always help us improve.
Please note: The shipment to our offices has to be assumed by the customer. We only pay for the shipping expenses from our offices to our customers. We don’t credit our customers for shipping expenses from them to us. You can only exchange the item within 30 days after the order was shipped. Items in Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
All international orders are considered final sale. No exchanges or returns on international orders except Canada.
SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS
Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges might be available for different sizes. Different styles on sale items might be available or credit for a full-price item might be issued. If the sale item is marked as "Final Sale" or “Clearance”, no exchanges will be accepted and absolutely no refunds will be issued.

To exchange or return an item, please fill out the form below. The product must be in absolute perfect shape, completely unused, properly folded with the respective hangtags attached and hygienic protectors intact and in the original packaging. (No exceptions) Please also make sure you wear appropriate under garments when trying on the merchandise. The products that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered in any way, has deodorant stains, smoke damage or a musty odor, or are not returned with the instructions above will not be taken back (No exceptions will be made). In the case that we receive such items we will charge an additional 20% handling fee plus shipping charges. In the event that the item has been worn or washed we will return the items to you at your expense and he or she will forfeit all claims. Please mark your label or box says Exchange or Return.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or tracking your return. We suggest you track and insure your shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost items in the mail. We do not credit back shipping charges. We offer free USPS Priority, Or FedEx 2nd day on most orders over $98.00 in the United States only. Free shipping is offered to you one time only. Exchanges may qualify for free shipping as well. Normal shipping charges apply to all others and international orders.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES, REFUNDS AND CREDITS
If you place an order and you don't see a charge on your credit card or it shows up pending, it could be that we will preauthorize the card at the moment you make the purchase. This puts the funds on hold while we ship out the merchandise. We will charge your credit card at the time we ship the order. We will only charge you for what we ship out, if for any reason we have to make partial shipments we will, and you will see separate charges on your card until we complete your order. You will never see any charges over the amount you authorize in your original purchase unless you make any changes to your order later. The customer will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges in these cases.
Money will be refunded via the same payment method used to process your original order. For example, if you paid by credit card we can only issue a refund to that same credit card. Credits will take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days from the day we receive the merchandise to show up on your credit card. Even though we take all the required precautions possible to make sure your package arrives to you safely, we are not and cannot make ourselves responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged or missing from your location once it has been delivered and the delivery confirmation has been scanned by either USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.
Please remember: When it comes to an exchange or a return, the shipment from customer to our offices has to be assumed by the customer. We only pay for the shipping expenses from our offices to our customers. We don’t credit our customers for shipping expenses from them to us. The refunds might take up to 15 days to become effective, counting from the date we receive the return. You can return the item or ask for a refund within 30 days after the order was shipped. Items in Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
